“ It’s been an absolute pleasure to work with Jack one on one as a personal trainer. Weekly check ins (even when I would not respond for days 😂). Always making sure that I’m on top of workouts and getting my diet dialed in. For me, I needed something to get me feeling consistent in my life to better attack my personal and work goals. Everything I’ve Needed and More!

“ Jack and I have been working together on my fitness and nutrition strategy for about a year and a half. Over the course of his coaching, Jack has helped me work through setbacks while keeping a strong focus on accomplishing the long-term goals we set together. I never hired a personal fitness coach prior to Jack – I always felt I could handle the “details” myself – improve my choices, sleep habits, how I eat, and stay motivated to hit the gym. Over multiple years, I wasn’t seeing the results I expected through diligent solo training. Something had to change.

Jack and I had an introductory call which quickly led to a real program. We put together a realistic weightlifting routine, incorporated swimming and hiking (two of my favorite activities), and developed a strong nutritional plan that was easy to follow, including a detailed grocery list. Jack checked in on my progress multiple times a week when he saw I wasn’t hitting my nutritional targets, if I didn’t finish a workout, or if I didn’t report back to him on my regular schedule.

The reality of improving your health, nutrition, and fitness is that while it’s possible to do it alone, it’s easier, faster, and more likely to “stick” if you work with a dedicated professional who maintains a strong attention to detail – even when you don’t. Jack is the kind of person you can depend on, and it’s hard to describe in so few words how valuable that has been in my success.

“ I’ve been working with Jack for a couple of months now and I couldn’t have imagined it would go as well as it has. It started off well, I was getting into the new routine he was creating for me, and then I started suffering some health issues midway, which hampered my progress, but Jack was incredibly supportive throughout. I was able to start getting back to near normal about 2 months later and ever since then, it’s gotten even better working with Jack.

I bought a tripod to record my workouts recently, which he gave very detailed and useful commentary on and it’s helped me feel even better during the sessions and helped with my progress more. He’s also been helpful with diet shifting, which was very important and helpful for me, and the process has felt very sustainable and gradual versus extremes that would have led to crashes and failures. He also has done a great job with taking into account my desire to not only weight train but long-distance run as well.

I would recommend him to anyone else that is patient, willing to put in the effort, and wants a supportive and accountability-enforcing environment. Jack helped me lose over 40 pounds while fixing my fixing my metabolism as I was essentially starving myself.
