Jack is absolutely wonderful. I was in a rut of losing weight/increasing my metabolism and a friend of mine referred me to Jack, and boy am I glad she did. From the moment I started working with Jack, he wanted to know my current eating and lifestyle habits because he wanted to be sure that I could keep my current lifestyle habits while also introducing the healthier ones too. I love that he’s all about tailoring your goals and your plan to best suit YOUR life. Jack creates a plan that is very specific and customized to you and what your life looks like. After working with Jack, it was evident that all along I was not eating enough which was largely contributing to my inability to lose weight. Jack had me eating double the amount of what I was used to eating and somehow I was losing weight while doing that. He explains the body mechanisms and why it’s important to fuel your body for weight loss. Mind boggling…but without Jack, I wouldn’t have realized that on my own. I love the App that Jack sets you up on, it is extremely user friendly. Jack puts together incredible workout routines, I genuinely love going to the gym and doing his workouts.
